Ordering from HelloSkin

Items can be purchased by clicking "Add to Cart" in the webshop, and proceeding to the shopping cart to approve the order.

Any specific requirements or comments to your order, can be written in the comments box in the shopping cart, before you continue to checkout and payment.

Unika items can be purchased by contacting me on contact@helloskin.com, to arrange payment and delivery.

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, as well as information about when your order will be shipped. The payment will not leave your account until your purchase is sent from our premises.

HelloSkin delivers to most of the world. Shipping costs will be stated in the order confirmation before you make the payment

Prices

Payment can be made with Dankort, Visa or Mastercard. All prices are including 25% VAT.

If you place an order outside the EU, local Taxes and Customs could be applied to your purchase, something we cannot be held responsible for, however the Danish VAT of 25% is deducted.

In this case you will be contacted by Post Danmark. Please be aware this could delay your delivery as the purchase will be held by customs. It is your responsibility to contact your mail provider and pay the additional costs.

In our shop you can browse prices in several currencies but the final deal is closed in Danish Kroner.

Once payment is made you will receive an order confirmation with trading terms and information regarding your purchase.The payment will not leave your account until your purchase is sent from our premises.

Delivery

We use Post Danmark for delivery, and will post to most parts of the world.

You can choose delivery to your home address, your nearest post office or depot.

Delivery charges will appear on the order confirmation before paying.

All goods are posted as parcels as this makes it possible to trace the parcel should a problem occur. All goods are covered during transport and once delivered to you please check the content of the parcel.

If the content is damaged when you receive it you have to report this to Post Danmark no later than two days after receiving it and return it to us. Annesofieholm.dk is not responsible for goods which have been damaged during transport.

We wrap all parcels securely so there is no risk of damage to your order.

Shipping Cost

Our shipping cost depends on weight, size, choice of delivery method and which country you are shopping from.
If your item is not in stock it will clearly be stated that the item is no longer for sale or out of stock.

Cancellation

You have up to 14 days to change your mind about your order, from the day you receive it, in accordance with The consumer Contract Act.

If your order is delivered in more than one delivery your cancellation is applicable from the day you receive your last delivery. If the last day of your cancellation is on a Bank Holiday, Saturday, Danish Constitution Day (15th June), 24th or 31st December the deadline expires the following day.

Your cancellation deadline is void, either completely or partly, if:

  • The product has been used.
  • The product has broken whilst you were responsible for it.
  • The seal or similar has been broken.
  • The product has been handled in a different manner than normally is expected by a ‘physical store’ in order to examine the product.

Customized or bespoke goods are not subject to withdrawal.

If you wish to cancel your purchase you need to fill out the withdrawals form below and send an email, within 14 days form the day you receive your order, to contact@helloskin.com - stating you wish to cancel your purchase.

By cancellation of your purchase, you must pay for any costs related to returning the goods.

Returns

You need to return your order to us without hesitation and no later than 14 days after you have informed us you wish to cancel your order.

You must bear the direct costs in connection with returning the goods. When returning a product you are responsible for securely packaging the product and you bear risk from the time of delivery of the goods.

Reimbursement

No later than 14 days after HelloSkin have received your cancellation, you will receive a refund to the full amount of the order and any delivery costs corresponding to the cheapest shipping method. Repayment will be done by the same means of payment as you used for the purchase unless you specifically requested otherwise.

Annesofieholm.dk may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or has proof that you have returned the goods. Please keep your receipt as proof of postage.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functions.

If you take the product in use or it is damaged during shipment, you are liable for the product's impairment.

Note we do not receive packages sent by COD.

Secure online payments

Annesofieholm.dk encrypts all your payment details with SSL-Protokol (Secure Socket Layer). This means unauthorised parties will not be able to read your account number or any other information during the transaction.

Personal Information

Any personal information which is registered on HelloSkin will never be transferred, sold or made available for a third party. All information is held in the high security Danish datacentre, A/S ScanNet.

When paying on line at HelloSkin a secure SSL encryption payment solution is used.

During a transaction we ask for your name, address, phone number and email address. The purchase agreement is not stored at www.helloskin.com

We will inform The Privacy Act upon request regarding registered information and on the basis of any objections we will make omissions to the required extent.

Further, the IP address from which the purchase is made will be registered. This information is generally of no use, but could be utilised in a Police Investigation if needed.

Complaints

Annesofieholm.dk has a two year complaints policy on all products according to the Sale of Goods Act.

The warranty do not cover mistakes, damages or wear whether it directly or indirectly has been caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorised tampering. Complaints of defects must be notified to HelloSkin within reasonably time. You can do this by notifying us on contact@helloskin.com or +45 29717554.

The product can be returned for repair or replacement of similar product. If the problem is not resolved by replacement or repair, there may be a refund or reduction in the purchase price. With a valid cause for complaint HelloSkin bears the cost of returning the product.
